Preparation:
• Shower the night before
• Shave the night before
• Exfoliate with Infinity Sun’s non-abrasive body polisher. (ask your technician about pre and
post care products that are available) Only use an abrasive exfoliant up to 3 days prior to your
tanning appointment.
• Do not wear lotion
• Do not wear deodorant
• Highly recommend to use our Ph Balance Normalization treatment to help your skin have a even suntan.
• Wear loose,dark clothing and open toed sandals
• If you are planning on having any mani/pedi,facial or waxing treatments you should either do them
24 hours in advance or wait 24 hours till after your tan sets
• Please wear appropriate under garments, we do provide complimentary disposable bandeau bras
and thongs as an option. (men must wear appropriate bottoms for spray tans.)
Aftercare:
• After your spray tan, please wait 8-12 hours before showering.
• Wait until the following day to shower or sweat
• Do not swim for at least 8 hours as this can remove some of the tanning solution before it has
had a chance to fully develop causing streaks.
• Use the Extend or Extend with Shimmer to keep the skin Hydrated and make the tan last longer
• Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! The more you moisturize the longer your tan will last.
We offer lotions to help extend your tan. They add a little color and help keep your golden glow even
• When showering, try to avoid excessive hot showers, scrubbing or exfoliating. It will cause the tan
to fade more quickly (Note: When you do shower after your spray tan, you may notice some
brown staining in the water. Do not panic! Your tan is not washing off!!! This is just the dye washing
off revealing your tanned skin underneath)
• Use the Infinity Sun aerosol Glow On The Go to touch up the face, hands and feet between
Infinity Sun sessions
• Do not sleep on silk sheets the first night, it can stain your sheets
